Being part of a family, where coaches and players care for each other. Getting players to work harder and do more than they thought they could

Coaching many players that have made it to the college level and being part of the first Lincoln team to win a playoff game

Being part of teams that went to the MHSAA playoffs two seasons in a row for the first time in over 10 years
